3. Return process
① Submit a return request **
- Log into your Tokstore account, go to "Order Management", find the order you want to return and click "Request Return".
- Select the reason for the return and upload the relevant pictures (such as quality problems, damage, etc.).
② Platform audit
- Tokstore will review the return request within 3 working days and notify the user of the result of the review.
- In case of return, the user will receive the return address and relevant instructions.
③ Returns and refunds
- The user must return the product within 5 days after receiving the return confirmation, and provide the tracking number.
- Tokstore will process the refund within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of compliance with the return conditions.
